It's more of a thick soup or dip. Just add more soy milk or water if you prefer your soup less thick.

GREAT recipe! If you're Not much of a Brussel Sprout person like me try using Spinach!
I blended up Spinach, Green Onion, Kale, Soy Original, and sprinkled Vegan Cheese on top.
