WOW! What a pretty summer soup! That reminds me or Hungarian fruit soups made with sour cherries or strawberries.
A recipie-tip you might be interested in!Ypu chop up your favourtie fruits and berries into pretty small pieces (I usually goe with for example: bananas, nectarines, apples, grapes, strawberries and blueberrys.)You blend the pieces of fruit and put them in a oven tin.The you take some white chocolate (vegan ofc) and grate it over the fruits with a grater until there's quite a layer of white chocolate on it.This is both sweet and fruity and just totally amazing!(Sorry for the spelling if anything is wrong, I'm swedish)
This looks so yummy! Vegan sour cream isn't readily available in my area - anyone know of a substitution that may do the trick?
