OMG! What a cute, original, funny and entertaining blog! I love the pictures! This recipe sounds super easy and looks great!
K for real this is great. I cannot say how wonderful it is to see these types of recipes. Ingredients I actually have-(and have heard of!) I also love how easy it is to add in whatever and make it my own! Thank you thank you THANK you.
I just may have the cooking skills to do that! Great way to present a recipe by the way.
It would be amazing if you could possibly get a tumblr account so I can follow this blog on there. I found your blog through someone posting something about it on there. I understand if you wouldn't want to, but all the same all the food looks amazing. If you do end up getting one you don't have to follow me, but if you can send me a message/ask at bsig.tumblr.com it would be much appreciated.
Love this! Are you coming out with a cookbook? I'd love to buy it :)
OMG!!! LOVE your site. Sooo hilarious and delicious and artsy. Kudos times infinity. :)
I agree with Elisabeth! This is the first time I've seen your blog and I am TOTALLY IN LOVE. This is the quick, easy comfort food that wins every time! Yay!
I made this dish today - figured I'd stop by and tell you! :)I used a fresh bag of veggies (the kind that come ready to steam; they weren't frozen, just refrigerated). So I had cauliflower, broccoli, and carrots with mine!Anyway, it turned out GREAT. I'd highly suggest upping the amount of curry powder for those wanting to make this - though, then again, I'm a huge Indian food enthusiast and love curry, so maybe I'm just odd. Haha.
This is SOOOO great! I added some siracha and then made an egg over easy placed it on top and mixed it all together. So much munching!!!
Im sat looking at your blog eating a bowl of cereal..Wish I could trade for something on this page!xwander-lustt.blogspot.com
Cutest blog layout ever! And I'm making this tonight - I'm in need of veggie overhaul.
Although I am far from being a vegan (too fond of cheese...) I love this blog,it is sooo pretty!
the veggies in the picture do not look like they were frozen?????
We wanted to get across the idea of using any veggie mix that you could find or had a craving for. If that means using frozen veggies or fresh ones, just use whatever your heart and tummy desire.
Your blog is so unbelievably wonderful! Thank you for showing just how easy (and delicious) a vegan diet can be. I'm making this tonight and taking it to my office potluck tomorrow. I'm an intern right now for Mercy For Animals, and I showed them this blog. They love it!
Officially, my new favorite thing. I can't get enough of this recipe, I could eat it all day, every day.
I made this recipe today...It's amazing!!! I love finding easy to make vegan recipes! I added a lot more curry than the recipe called for and I definitely recommend doing that for extra flavor! I also added tofu and it was wonderful! yum yum
I had a couple of teaspoons of homemade ginger-garlic paste left in the refrigerator, so I added that to the oil before frying the rice. Worked nicely, at least if you like a good ginger flavor (there's ginger in the curry powder, too).
very simple idea, yet I wanted a thick curry running over the rice. So, I boiled water with the rice and veggies in the wok for 10-15 minutes and added in the curry powder. Soft!

If we take longer, it is probably because you suggested something for the recipe or posed a problem, and we are re-making the recipe to double check its effectiveness.
