Delicious, quick and easy recipes. And the drawings are hilarious! (The virgin olive oil nun cracks me up!). Thanks and congrats!

I would love for these posts to be tagged or otherwise archived so that they're more easily searchable on the blog! These are great recipes for someone trying to transition to a vegan diet.

Made this for dinner tonight. Decided it wasn't overkill to use the whole can of beans. Gluten Free pasta. Added red onions, celery and two colours of peppers. Ate with corn on the cob. Cheery! Festive! Divine!

I have not had a meal this simple and tasty in a very long time. Thanks! :-)

I love love love this blog! I have always loved cooking and nutrition and in the past 2 months I have begun to transform into a vegan diet. I usually steal bits and pieces from several recipes to make a dish because I hate following one long recipe with out feeling out the dish on my own. So these basic yummy recipes are just my style. I am excited to find that something like this exists. Thank you vegan stoners!
