just wondering, do you guys use firm or silken tofu?
That's all there is to it? Who knew!? I can't wait to try it out. :]
I made this twice already and I love it to dip celery in. :)
does it end up tasting ridiculously raw-oniony? I don't really like raw onions... =|
what's the self-life?
Hi LauraR.We're not sure, we ate it all in one sitting!Generally speaking, shelf life is dependent upon the method of storage and the shelf life of the most perishable ingredient.
I am suggesting a few modifications, for those of us who eat this dip sober. Add a few splashes of vinegar and some tofu-sour cream, plus a little garlic and onion powder. The recipe as it is lacks tang, so I used this mod to make it a little better.
