Mmm mmmm I love this! Yum! What kind of tofu do you use - the ultra soft kind I am assuming?

Hi LauraR.

We're not sure, we ate it all in one sitting!

Generally speaking, shelf life is dependent upon the method of storage and the shelf life of the most perishable ingredient.

I am suggesting a few modifications, for those of us who eat this dip sober. Add a few splashes of vinegar and some tofu-sour cream, plus a little garlic and onion powder. The recipe as it is lacks tang, so I used this mod to make it a little better.
