Mmmmmmm that is the perfect munchies, looks amazingxxmirrorandmoon.blogspot.com
Yummy, gonna try this one as well!
nom nom nom!
I made it! Came out really good! It's just crazy cause I own a cookbook (that'll remain nameless as not incite any vengeance and I do love the author) with a Rueben recipe and it's got so man ingredients, so many steps. This was quick easy and fun. Steaming the tempeh made it taste really good.
I love the recipe but your drawings are amazing! they really are good
Love how simple you have made this look, makes me want to try to make it!
This is basically the coolest, cutest blog with the simplest, best recipes..ever. So ideal for people with a low budget (especially college kids) like me.
I just found your blog and it's awesome. I'm not a vegan but I know some. Wait here. I send them.
omg, a friend just turned me on to your site. i adore the simplicity of it. v cool.
i just put a link to you on my blog today!
Why is the picture that holds the recipe so small now? Yesterday it was big and easy to read.

Tempeh with tighty-whities!
Hi, found you through a rave tweet. I love your drawings, they make me happy. I'm not vegan but am dairy free so will be trying some of your recipes.
I made this recipe and it's delicious! It's best with rye or pumpernickle bread-- just check the ingredients. I hit my tempeh with a bit of liquid smoke and added a touch of brown sugar to give it a sweet, smoky flavor. This paired perfectly with the spicy mayo mixture and the sour-kraut :)
vegan stoner, why no coconut oil recipies?
Hi Anonymous,We have not listed any coconut oil recipes on our blog because we try to list ingredients that most people can find easily. We know there are benefits of different oils and suggest people substitute as they see fit. Generally, if you use coconut oil, olive oil, safflower oil, etc instead of margarine the recipes still apply.
I love your presentation, as well as the simplicity of your recipes. Thank you!
Awesome! Going to make the Mex salad tonight! Yummy
HiI used Pure Vegan B12 spray. There is also a cheaper version that does not advertise vegan but says so on the label called Pure Advantage B12. The ingredients are identical.Vegan
this looks wicked! nice one.
This turned out excellent
I don't know if my last post went through but do you think avocado would be good with this?
Hi Dorothy!Of course taste is subjective, but we think avocados would make a scrumptious addition, or replacement for something else listed.
We read every comment (except spam) and try to respond to direct questions within a week. If we take longer, it is probably because you suggested something for the recipe or posed a problem, and we are re-making the recipe to double check its effectiveness.
