Hi Caitlin Field,A good substitute for coconut milk in this recipe would be any vegan creamer. Also, try using any vegan milk and adding a little extra flour to get a comparable consistency. We hope this helps.

I just ate this entire thing over the course of a few hours. It was so delicious! I wonder if you can put a layer of puff pastry on the bottom? Im gonna try it!

Hi Kristin,We know of a few brands that make vegan puff pastry dough. If you are having trouble finding one, try looking online or making it from scratch. Hope this helps!

I made these over the weekend - super fun and creative idea! Instead of just cumin, I used a tablespoon of red curry paste and I really liked the flavor. Great recipe!
