I was just searching #feedly for #vegan bloggers, and noticed your website. I got to tell you right now, you are going to be my go to blogger for recipes from now on. :)

I love your recipes, but I wish they had the number of servings listed. I just bought your cookbook for my 15 year old and he loves to cook, but is somewhat new to following recipes.

Hi VeganLinda — We do have servings listed in the book, right under the photos! It's easy to miss. Hope this helps — T.V.S.

I am so making this as a "reward" after my next big race! One question. Is the cauliflower cooked before blending it with the nooch and broth!
This rocks! Thank you

Ok, I have to ask. You're using the word "hotdish"... where are you from??? I can never find other people who use this word, and now I feel like I'm home <3 <3

LOVED it! I'm eating it for breakfast all week. My girlfriend and I had a tater tot hotdish weekend. Me in MN, she in Idaho. I followed this recipe, she used lentils instead of tofo. Both were great!

Also...I'd like to use the recipe image on my station blog (y105fm.com), but I need your approval.

Is the cauliflower cooked first before blending it?

Hi Heather Webber and "Anonymous" — Yes, cook the cauliflower in step 4 and blend it in step 5.

Hi James Rabe — Glad the recipe worked out for both of you. Lentils were a good idea. And feel free to share the image on your site. Let us know if you need a higher resolution.

Hi Danielle M. — The person who inspired this dish is from Minnesota. He makes it when he feels homesick. So glad you identified with it :)
