This sushi looks amazing! What could make it even better is adding sweet potatoes, asparagus, cucumbers, or bell peppers! Last time I made vegan sushi this was an excellent addition.

What a great idea using slaw mix! I LOVE making vegan sushi but it takes for effing ever! I'd probably throw some sort of sprouts on there too - very little prep work involved with those.

I've heard that sushi is really hard to do, that you need some sort of experience to do it, maybe I'm wrong? I can at least try now that you've made this beautiful recipe. :)

This quinoa sushi is so original. This is the first time I've visited your blog and I love it - my favourite part - the illustrations!
I'm trying to live a 7:3 ratio vegan lifestyle so I'm scurrying the internet for cool recipes and you have really amazing ones!

This looks mega good especially with that sea weed wrapped around it and i like the way you used quinoa instead of rice. This is something I would make, I just wouldn't use soy sauce

I want to eat this right now, I love sea weed. I would just leave the soy out.
